Blair Toner – Managing Partner and Barrister I am a specialist employment lawyer committed to ensuring fair outcomes for employees and helping people navigate work related challenges. I have extensive knowledge of all areas of employment law, with a particular focus on employment tribunal litigation and negotiating exits for employees. I founded Toner Legal to help more people access high quality legal support. I represent clients nationwide and have attended employment tribunals across the UK, including Scotland.
