I started working with Toner Legal as a paralegal and am now training to be a solicitor who will specialise in employment law. I have always had an eager interest in employment law and helping people. I have worked at other law firms and the Citizens Advice Bureau. I graduated in 2019 in Modern Foreign Languages (Italian and Spanish) with a First-Class Degree and continue to utilise my language skills when necessary.
I have already begun to develop my employment law practice and work with and help clients daily. As well as assisting and learning from our other lawyers, I handle cases and take them to a successful conclusion. I am deeply passionate about employment law and achieving results for clients, which is something I find deeply rewarding.
I cover a wide range of areas, such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, victimisation, harassment, unpaid wages and breach of contract. I spend a lot of time on calls with clients and our new enquiries and ensure I listen and take an empathetic approach, as I appreciate how difficult issues at work can be.
